How do I take care of my garments?

All products are made with premium fabric. We want your clothes looking as new as possible for as long as possible.

All JTE Collections products can be washed with cold water and tumble dried in low heat but we highly recommend all JTE products be Dry Cleaned.

 

How long does it take for my item to ship?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process.

Estimated Shipping time is 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Please note that once your item has shipped and is out of our possession we are not responsible for any lost items.

 

What is the Return/Exchange Policy?

Justify The Extraordinary customers have 7 days from the receiving date to return full-price items for a refund or an exchange. All sale items are FINAL sale.
 All goods must be returned in their original packaging in clean, unworn, and resalable conditions. All exchanges must be done within 7 days of purchase. The exchange must be accompanied with the original order number, the desired size and item. SALE items are NOT eligible for exchange.
